CPSBB has renewed the accreditation of its “Biotechnology” PhD program, offering training in both Bulgarian and English (Professional Field 5.11. Biotechnology).

The National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (NEAA) has granted the accreditation for a 4-year period until the beginning of 2030.

This decision enables CPSBB to admit doctoral students in all forms of training, providing excellent conditions for high-quality scientific research in modern biotechnology. The accreditation further reinforces the role of CPSBB as a leading Bulgarian scientific and educational institution in the field of plant systems biology and biotechnology.

Currently, PhD students from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, and South Africa are being trained at CPSBB.
