CPSBB and AMDFA Organize the European Researchers’ Night 2026 Initiative in Plovdiv

 

This year’s European Researchers’ Night will take place in September 2026 as part of the K-TRIO project (Researchers in the Knowledge Triangle), funded by the European Union’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme.

In Plovdiv, the main organizers of the project’s activities are the Center of Plant Systems Biology and Biotechnology (CPSBB) and the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts “Prof. Assen Diamandiev” (AMDFA).

The K-TRIO (Researchers in the Knowledge Triangle) project aims to bring researchers and their work closer to the general public by raising awareness of the importance of scientific research, its achievements, and its impact on people’s everyday lives. At the same time, the project encourages young people to engage with science by inspiring them to develop their potential and consider pursuing a professional career in research.
