Summary
Workshop is focused on using tools such as Galaxy and R Studio to analyze and visualize NGS data.
It consists of three parts and includes:
Day 1: Introduction to the web-based platform Galaxy. Lecturer Dr. Vesselin Baev

- 12.00-13.00 Visualization of RNA-Seq results with Volcano Plot (hands-on)

- 13.30-15.00 Visualization of RNA-Seq results with heatmap (hands-on)

Day 2: RStudio and R graphics system. Lecturer Dr. Zdravka Ivanova
- 11.00-11.30 Introduction to RStudio Cloud and R graphics system (online)
- 11.30-13.00 Getting started with RStudio Cloud and working with traditional R base plots.
- 13.00-13.30 Online support
- 13.30-15.00 Working with lattice and ggplot2 R packages. R modeling (hands-on)
- 15.00-15.30. Online support
Day 3: Introduction machine learning. Lecturer Dr. George Minkov
